Scheduled maintenance is preventive and enables the Customer to always keep its system in working order.
The intervention is planned between the parties in advance, so as to schedule the machine downtime in accordance with the Customer's production needs.
Scheduled maintenance entails entering into a contract and the annual payment of a set fee, and includes remote diagnostics services via tele-service, on-site maintenance, and safety inspection. The contract fee does not include any spare parts that may be necessary during the intervention.
