Details

BEMATIK Srl's patent-protected cut-pieces separation and palletizing system is unique in its field.

Owing to its gripping system's flexibility, it can take any reasonable size and shape of cut-pieces out from the nest.

In the most advanced version, the BE.SORT system is able not just to separate and palletize the cut-pieces, but also to fully manage them.

It is offered in 2 versions:

IMMEDIATE SEPARATION: BE.SORT EXPRESS system. The separation and palletization of cut-pieces take place in real time during the cutting operations by the laser machine.

DELAYED SEPARATION: BE.SORT PLUS system. The separation and palletization of cut-pieces do not affect the laser machine's cutting time, which can therefore operate without being slowed down by sorting activities.
